Okay... so I decided to *attempt* coloring something after neglecting to do so for the last year or so. Aaaand... it came out horrible. But oh well, I'll survive.
This is, partially, for because she's always yelling at me for not coloring anything. So there you go, Morby, ya happy now!? I failed! xD
Yeeeeah... Alexander Crucible, for some odd reason, seems to be enjoying a little adventure in the woods. I'm not surprised, he likes doing some really random stuff. O.o
His hair isn't as dark as it should be...
EDIT: Okay... I made some pretty major edits to this picture. I changed the coloring style to cel shading, fixed some of the lines that were blurred, and added a halo so it doesn't look as choppy. So, uh, yay? I guess... I dunno.

The background is a stock photo from 's stock.
The character, Alexander Crucible, is owned by me. So no, you can't have 'im.
The thing you probably shouldn't have done is blur the lineart. You also could've smoothed out the shading by using the smudge tool.
You got to be careful about any white patches that are left over after cropping the background from the drawing. Notice how some of my drawings have halos of white around the figure? That's my lazy way of canceling out the white stuff. xD
The background coincides with the drawing nicely though.
Remember, this stuff takes lots practice. I happen to have seven years of experience with color programs, and I'm only as far as I am. If you have any questions about this stuff at all, please ask me. I really want to help out. I say this because I discovered how to cel shade once again, and I think you'll find that strategy to be an easy way to color. ;D
I was *gonna* do the halo thing... but I couldn't figure out how to do it, so I gave up on that. It's not like you can help me, anyways, because you're never around. .___.
